The benefits from practicing Yoga are many. Yoga nourishes

Testimonial:
I
am in my sixties and have tried various forms of yoga and
find that Karin's yoga style is practiced to the highest
standard by far. She has 35 years of experience, so
I totally rest in the pose under her guidance. Karin
keeps the student safe and pain-free in their practice.
I additionally appreciate her studied emphasis on the
breath before we begin active practice , during and after.
Breath is a very large part of this practice for balance,
strength and calm throughout the class. - Linda Coons,
